The Los Angeles Kings are a professional ice hockey team based in Los Angeles, California. They are members of the Pacific Division in the National Hockey League (NHL). The Kings are one of only two National Hockey League teams that play their home games at a centrally-located arena, the other being the Arizona Coyotes; this is because they share Honda Center with the Anaheim Ducks, while they were previously located in downtown Los Angeles at the Staples Center (from 1993 to 2013).
